It was 8:14 on 9/11/2021 – Where were you?

Utterly, just moments before...it seemed as if there was an urgency in the air, as I ate breakfast and rushed off to work.

I was a call center manager for a non-profit in a military base town....we all saw on TV the terrifying attack. We were all in shock and in the following minutes...and hours it was intense. The bases were in lockdown...flights in and out were dropped....phone lines down...security protocol and dispatches for emergency help were initiated.

Amid the turmoil, God heard tiny whispers of prayers going out to those who were hurt or died and to the family and friends of those in the attack.

Today is in remembrance of those who died -may their life never be forgotten.

Today is in remembrance of those who tried to help others and died-may their life never be forgotten.

Today is in remembrance of those who did help others but died-may their life never be forgotten.

Today is in remembrance of those who lived but are still traumatized-may their life never be forgotten.

Today is in remembrance of those who helped others but got hurt-may their life never be forgotten.

Everyone leaves an energetic or physical legacy when they die:

Memory: The memories and feelings people have of you after you die. 

Donation: Donations or gifts you leave behind to be acted upon after your death. 

Assets: The assets you leave behind for your loved ones. 

Value and belief system: The essence of yourself that you pass on to others. 

Genetics: If you reproduce, your biological descendants continue your journey.
